Northside Location in Charlevoix MI.

This studio is located on the north side of Charlevoix where you can be on Lake Michigan beach with a 5 minute walk. The studio has central air and heat if needed as well as large ceiling fans. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress for your comfort.
There is a kitchenette that includes dinning seating of 4, a microwave, and refrigerator. The living room area has a full sofa and a chair in-a-half with ottoman; the chair in-a-half folds out to a full bed. There is WIFI, YouTube TV, a 55" Samsung flat screen TV run with Roku.
I have blocked some dates for cleaning reasons, especially Mondays, but if your looking to check in on a Monday just text me and I'll try to accommodate your wishes.

Fall Getaway
This is our second time staying here, we loved it so much the first time we wanted to come back. Perfect location as it’s a short walk to downtown. The apartment is just the right amount of space. Definitely plan to come back next year!

My husband and I were out for a Fall get-away, and this was the perfect cozy apartment for us! It was very clean, the rental price was right, and it was just the right size for 2 (or 3) people. It was very quick to get to downtown Charlevoix. We also enjoyed seeing deer in our backyard.

A WEEKS GETAWAY TO EXPLORE CHARLEVOIX

Pictures dont do it justice.
We were very impressed with the cleanliness and location of property. We easily walked to downtown Charlevoix in a short 15 minutes. Super cute. The bed is very comfortable. It was just the right size for my husband and I. We had family that stayed at Weathervane right up the street and paid quite a bit more and after stopping in to look at where we were staying wished they had booked this condo instead. We hope to stay here on our next visit!!!

The studio was not only cozy and well-equipped, it was just a short drive to Bridge St. and all of the places you want to visit in Charlevoix! We loved the comfy bed and the nice shower, but were mostly happy to sit and have a cup of coffee together before we started our days in the sun!

Very nice!! Up to date and very nicely decorated. Will look to stay here again as location is close to town. Very quiet here. Possibly the owner could add a fireplace in living room??? Otherwise wonderful! Thank you!

This is our second time staying here because we loved it the first time. Still wonderful! Just a nice, clean, convenient, cozy little place to get away and relax. The bed is amazing and there are lots of little details to make everything perfect like having wine glasses and a cork screw plus having throw blankets to snuggle up with in the living room. Check in/out is very simple and quick and they don't have a bunch of over the top requirements.

Even better than I could have expected!
This was my first time staying at a Vrbo and let me tell you, if every experience is like this, I'm never staying in a hotel again! The space was beautiful, super comfortable (Like BEST Sleep I've had in a long time), perfect for a quick weekend stay for 2, and when we had some friends stay one night, they said the pullout couch was more comfortable than any other they've slept on. The location could not have been more perfect and is ridiculously close to downtown but still just outside so it was quiet. Overall, 12/10. Well done. If we come back to Charlevoix, we know where we are staying!

Charlevoix Get Away
Enjoyed the loft during our stay. The unit was easy to get to and a stones throw away from town. Comfortable with basic amenities. But I felt the property next store was on top of us. A little too close. It’s ok if we knew but that wasn’t described enough. All in all stay was fine.

Private and quiet spot in Charlevoix?
We had a local wedding to attend over LDW and found this place with great reviews! They didn't lie-- it was very private and nice to not share walls or floors with others. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and Mark allowed us to check in a little earlier when the holiday traffic didnt delay as much as we had anticipated. The apartment is stocked with everything you need and the sheets and bed were so cozy! You can walk to the Mt McSauba Recreation Area for a nice hike or trip to the beach, and it's a short drive to downtown Charlevoix for local eats and shopping. We highly recommend staying here and would return again for a quiet getaway!
