“Upon entering my room, I noticed an intense, damp smell. Shortly after, I discovered that the carpet near the window and under the air conditioning unit was completely drenched. Because I checked in late (around 1:00 AM), I decided to sleep and address it the next day. When I notified the front desk the following morning, they were entirely dismissive. They did not take a formal report or show any concern. I seriously doubt the issue has been resolved. I would not recommend staying here.”

“We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that.”
