“The staff was amazing and very helpful, they right off the bat upgraded our room for a respectable fee and we loved the room! The bed was so comfortable and the huge bathroom was a welcome treat and even the shower was top notch! We loved the atmosphere of a 1930s theme, Great Gatsby and Al Capone gave everything a rich elegant feel! The pool was also a great part we enjoyed, large and comfortable, even with kids playing and adults enjoying a cocktail! Oh and the Valet attendants were top……

“The room was not great. Walls had holes and pealing wallpaper. The breakfast was not good and we ended up eating elsewhere. Would not recommend this hotel and wouldn’t stay here again.”

“We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that.”
