“Clean room”

“Air conditioner was off and on all night. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were less than half full of those tiny items in your room”

“The indoor family pool area was inadequately maintained, particularly the hot tub, which was in a deplorable state. It was excessively dirty, with substantial foam and visible brown dirt spots. Abbey Resort imposes an amusement fee exceeding twenty percent; however, it appears that insufficient funds have been allocated for proper cleaning. “Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“We had a massage and they were fantastic. My husband golfed and said the course was in pristine condition. The restaurant 1878 had a delicious wedge salad and the sirloin steak cooked perfectly. The weather was perfect at 80 degrees. It was a fantastic trip. The staff was friendly and the rooms very clean.”

“Upon check in the lobby smelled of wet dog. They asked for a card to be put on file for incidentals and the card reader wasn’t working. So they had to manually enter it somewhere on their computer. We were given our room key and upon approaching our room the door was cracked open. We entered and the room smelled of cigarettes. The door didn’t lock from the outside so we went back to the desk to inform them. We got our room switched to another room. This one locked and didn’t smell of……
