“When went to check in room was not ready. They asked us to wait for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I went to asked how long the person literally ignored me kept taking other customers. Was issue with hot water not coming in the rooms at evening when everyone is returning from waterpark.”

“Great location and property was very nice. Our room smelled of urine…maybe because it’s a dog friendly hotel. And it was hard to regulate the temp in room with the bed right up against the air handler. Next time I would choose a higher floor to possibly eliminate a dog friendly room.”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”

“Beautiful property. Great view from the room. Really nice deck. The heat/cool system goes on and off all night and is kind of loud. Otherwise a perfect place!”

“A wonderful family-friendly experience with such kind hosts. They have some ducks that wonder the property and had left lettuce out for use to feed them. The continental breakfast was perfect with warm fresh from scratch muffins in the morning. I would 100% recommend!”
