“Filthy room with roaches. House keeping walked in without permission and after being told no thank you. Unpleasant and inconvenient. ”

“I received a text asking if I needed anything. I needed extra pillows but didn't receive any. There was a coffee maker in the room. It was dirty and no cups in the room No hand towels, only 2 rough feeling "bath" towels The best reason to stay? It's right across jumping on i90 expressway which is what i needed. The room was clean but very dated ”

“This is the worst hotel I've ever been too. They didn't give me my refund after telling me verbally they would after booking through a 3rd party! We needed a pool to help my cheerleader relax her muscles after her competitions... I had called ahead of time ofc because we needed the pool especially and only getting that one because. I get there and the pool is closed and had been for awhile tho I was told by both 3rdparty and they lied to me saying I would be refunded, but had to go through the……

“Hotel was not bad, room was clean. However, when we got to the hotel there were not lights on the outside everything was dark. And we have to wait until someone comes to open the door for us. ”

“Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Inly complaints were thin walls ( I could hear neighbor coughing) and a SUPER cold pool. Pool was small, but ok for our 3 grandkids to play. If there had been more people it would have been crowded.”
