"Parking was convenient, didn't have to carry luggage very far. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady in the breakfast area was exceptional. Pool was very clean, could use more seats."

"Our room was quite nice. The beds were very comfortable. However our reservation was for seven people and they only provided two washcloths and two towels. We arrived very late and were pretty exhausted and didn't want to call down for extras. We had really needed to grab showers and hit the hay. So we dealt with having just a few washcloths and towels. THE WATER COMING FROM THE SHOWER HEAD WAS PRETTY MUCH A TRICKLE. The biggest problem was at check-in. Check-in went fine but then I found out I had to pay for parking. I had not been notified by Expedia or by the hotel that parking was extra. It became quite confusing. I had to scan a QR code and download an app and it wanted so much information. Then it wanted driver's license numbers and it wanted tag numbers and ID numbers it took over a half hour to get the information inputted. The two women at the counter had been helpful with check-in but they were not helpful with this and they made it seem like it was my fault that it was difficult to pay for the parking. In addition to this, we had two cars and every time we tried to enter information for a second car it wouldn't take it. Finally the front desk wrote down the tag number of our second car and said they would notify the security that that car was okay to stay in the parking lot. It was pretty much absurd. However breakfast that was provided was absolutely wonderful. An excellent array of choices and everything was quite tasty. We really loved it."

"The resort was clean, and the rooms were modern, comfortable, and well maintained. There were several restaurants on the property, along with a mini casino, which provided plenty of dining and entertainment options. The staff was friendly and welcoming."

"Overall the stay wasn’t bad for the price. The main area inside was clean. The area walking I to the hotel had some trash on the ground. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk, then after waiting about 5 minutes the lady came to the front. We were told we had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in, it was about 240p. After few minutes, she found an available room and was able to check us in. And she was extra helpful and getting me signed up with the rewards program. They have replaced the carpet in the hallway, but the carpet in the stairways are dirty beyond cleaning. The laundry area in the 2nd floor was clean, but someone made a huge mess in there and should be held accountable for that. It made the area look dirty. 3 of the 4 towels had hair coiled onto it. Front desk personnel were willing to provide new ones when asked. The bed was not comfortable at all. The sheets were soft though. The continental breakfast is just that. There are no hot items such as eggs, waffles, or any meat. And everything is open in the casing. I respectfully declined any of that."
