“Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money….”

"La estancia estuvo muy bien, lamentablemente una persona de housekeeping se porto muy grosera porque al parecer a ella no le caen bien los Mexicanos (y la chica es latina), no quiso hacer la limpieza de nuestra habitación. Fuera de eso la mayoría del personal es atento y el hotel esta en buenas condiciones."
