I have stayed at some pretty bad hotels before this one was the worst the walls literally had water damage. The rims wrecked the breakfast was a joke. They should just say we serve cereal with no milk. The key kept stop working I would not even include this hotel as an Expedia hotel it’s the worst -5.

It may look a little rundown on the outside, and the decor in the rooms certainly isn't recent, but the room was clean, the price was reasonable for the area, and it has a 24-hour gas station with both a Dunkin and a Subway (both also apparently 24-hour) literally next door. They offer an unadvertised special for staying a night and getting parking for O'Hare for up to seven days, too.

Staff were really friendly and helpful with any issues that arose with the room. As per other reviews, there is still no airport shuttle despite being advertised on many websites, which was my only gripe.

I booked the property because it listed an airport shuttle amenity only to find out on arriving at O'Hare no shuttle. Spent $70 to Uber back and forth. Property is very rundown. Broken toilet seat and worn furnishing. Appeared clean though and the AC worked. Location less than ideal. No non-fastfood nearrby.
