“From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They let us check in even though we were slightly early and they changed the room to a ground floor one so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. The room was perfect. Clean, spacious and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We felt spoilt. “The location is right next to Luton airport. I used it for my early morning flight. I was impressed with how well stocked the room was, there was water and Pepsi max in the fridge. The house had everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend for a short or long stay. ”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Check in time was a little off (about 1 hour) which I think was a capacity issue. Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. If you’re staying there for the spa treatments, you should confirm availability before booking a room, they seem to have pretty limited slots which is disappointing for anyone planning to relax and complete escape from……
