"Clean rooms,courteous staff,"

"I got upgraded to a king bed room which was nice. The room was spacious with everything I needed, plenty of outlets, and the bathroom was large, clean, and great water pressure. Breakfast had a lot of options and definitely a step above most places. I recommend the make your own waffles. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and overall I am glad I chose to stay here"

"Key Areas of Failure: Housekeeping: No room cleaning was provided for three days, even after notifying staff. Breakfast: The vegetarian options were insufficient to nonexistent, offering only a bare minimum. Parking/Arrival: Parking was a major hassle, with no accessibility for offloading luggage, making for a pathetic arrival experience. Service: Overall service was negligent, with staff failing to address complaints or provide necessary amenities. It is highly recommended to seek alternate accommodation if you expect basic cleanliness and service."

"I was in town for a conference - this hotel was within walking distance to the conference center and several dining/shopping options. The hotel was clean, staff were kind, and the included breakfast was decent. As a group of girls traveling, this hotel felt very safe and somewhere I would stay again. The only downside is that the AC was noisy. "

"Great spot if you plan on going to Disney. About a half mile walk and they let leave our car for the day despite checking out that morning. It was clean and had a great pool and hot tub. The hotel looks dated, but was still a great value. The staff were pleasant and helpful. "
