When we pulled up to the property, there were people that looked like they were doing drug deals in the parking lot also homeless people and a guy riding around with loud music on a bike riding around in parking lot… The employee said we had no reservation. I told him we booked through Expedia. He then told me they don’t do reservations through Expedia. After returning with my phone and showing him I had the reservation he then asked for my reservation number, He searched my itinerary number still no reservation found … honestly with how unsafe the property felt I am relieved and now will be contacting Expedia for my refund after having to find an alternative property after 11:30 pm with availability for a family of 5…

The rooms are dirty , there’s dirt everywhere , there were homeless on the stairs directly in front of my room in the middle of the night . They kept screaming and talking about money. I got woken up every 5 seconds by the elevator and people walking past the door . The bathroom smelt disgusting.. it smelt like all they did was spray air freshener and call it a day
