"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Casa Malca. While the property may lack some of the amenities of other hotels on Tulum Beach Rd., Casa Malca features artworks from the renowned collector Lio Malca’s personal collection in the hotel and around the grounds, so it’s a must for art enthusiasts. Additionally, the staff are all extraordinary, addressing us by name and attending to every detail of our stay."

"Enclosed parking at the rear of the property. I didn't see any CCTV coverage so cannot speak to it's overall security. The room was very clean and well presented. The bathroom was adequate. The cost per night is very reasonable. Lovely views from the rooftop restaurant. I thought the buffet style dinner and breakfast were Okay but expensive "

"After arriving to this hotel i realized quickly it looked nothing at all like the pictures. The water in the bathroom sinks and shower wete salty and felt like ice water . The rooms were not in great condition.They also do not provide guests with water bottles at all they provide a container of water to each room which I'm not sure it's safe to drink . The clean towels provided daily had stains and at check out we were charged for makeup on a towel and when i asked why i was being charged for this the explanation was they do not have their towels deep cleaned The breakfast took a very long time to get it and the QR code for the menu in the room never worked and kept giving an error. The taxi service used are not consistent with their pricing and tried to charged full price for canceling which was due to flight cancelation from the weather. Even though they would need to pick us up later and charged us a different price. I would never stay here again or recommend this place which is unfortunate because the staff was amazing and nice. These issues stem from hotel management."
