"The room, service and atmosphere were all fantastic! The location is great too. They are across the street from a convenience store for beers, tequila or other requirements. All the staff from the front desk, to waiters to security were all fantastic and happy to see us. The food was absolutely amazing and above expectations. 10/10. We will stay here every year going forward. "

"New hotel, very clean and family friendly. The lobby was initially hard to find (driver had to pull under ramp and signs were lacking). Easy check in and hotel responded several times to answer questions and confirm room prior to arrival. We loved the pool area and the restaurant. We had dinner (the best pizza) and drinks (try meztcalita) Excellent food, drinks, and service. Bed was on the harder side, but pillows were great!"

"The rooms were beautiful and very spacious! The amenities and staff were outstanding. The only notes we have, are that the beach is further away, the rooms often felt sandy from the sand surrounding the pools. They could do a better job at cleaning the rooms, though the overall experience was amazing! "

"We had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th with my best friend at Tulum! Erik, Danny, and all the entertainers were so much fun! The food and drinks were great and we paid extra for Hibachi which I highly recommend. Everyone was so happy and very polite. All the workers worked hard to make our experience a memoriable one.
