“This was an amazing experience for two honeymooners. When we got there, we were met with very attentive and friendly staff helped us settle in. The place was very well maintained and our room was so lovely. The complementary breakfast allowed for 4 total plates and 4 drinks which served as a big brunch that could hold us over until dinner. The room service was thorough and brought free sodas and snacks. I have no complaints about the beach Tulum and I hope to come back someday in the future.……

“I had a fantastic day celebrating my 25th birthday here. The place is spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The room layout was spa like and gorgeous for pictures. However, if you’re looking for nightlife, you’ll be disappointed. The main-floor bar closes at around 11 PM, and the sports bar is usually empty. On the bright side, the pools are well-maintained during the day, and the food and drinks are quite good.”
