“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

“We had a great time at VR Tulum. The staff and food was great. We also got to see Turtles lay eggs 2 of the nights that we were there right on the beach outside of our door. My family and I had a great time!”

“This resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Jose, who was our waiter on several occasions, always provided warm, attentive, and exceptional service that made our dining experiences even more enjoyable.
The food was delicious, and our favorite dining experience was at the Hibachi restaurant. The chef was entertaining, engaging, and made the meal a lot of fun for both the adults and the kids.

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach.
we enjoyed our pool very much !!
the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”
