“Staff was very helpful, accommodating and polite, the food in the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Being able to rent bikes/scooters/ATVs directly from the hotel was reasonably priced and helpful. Location is enough removed from Tulum center to be more quiet but also convenient/accessible.
Only real negative is the construction that was constantly ongoing throughout our stay.”

“It was everything I hoped for for my stay in Tulum. The property manager, Ehsan and the security man Andreas were always available for whatever I needed. The place is gorgeous. Everything is very clean. Location is really good. The only thing I’ll say you will need a scooter or a car I didn’t have either and the roads around here is not very easy to walk around or find directions. I have a phone from UK and I had no coverage as soon as I left the property. Other than that, everything is……

“We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”
