Our concierge, Marlon, was excellent and did everything possible to make sure we were happy. Karen, Karla, Angel and the rest of the staff greet you every day and are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. The place smells clean. Food is delicious and plentiful. The drinks are on point. The beach was free of sargassum. The staff really makes this resort and it outshines all others. You will not regret booking this beautiful place."

"Property is beautiful. Swimming pools and amenities were great. Rooms were clean and spacious with great a/c Mini bar stocked daily. Booking the themed restaurants wasn’t easy. A few were closed for refurbs and some not open for half the week. Getting a table was hard as they seem to save a lot of them for the members they have. You do get hassled quite regularly by some of the concierge especially to go to membership/timeshare meetings with the promise they will book you a table if you go."

On the bright side, the pools are well-maintained during the day, and the food and drinks are quite good."
