Perfect location in Tulum walking distance to everything, amazing on site taco and breakfast stand, and next door is a resort you can utilize for full restaurant, yoga classes, and exercise classes etc. Just book it! Great for our girls trip, but also would be great for family trips with kids!”

“Pros: Very cozy dome, good AC, private bathrooms, good furnishings, very cute property, free local cenote was a highlight, quietCons: Wifi works sporadically and isn't strong when it connects (we couldn't rely on it even for WhatsApp, which made coordinating reservations a challenge), the property looks nice but the fountains empty into long troughs of standing water so the mosquitoes were TERRIBLE (far worse than even walking in the jungle that surrounds the area, and so bad that nobody ever……

“My experience at this property was amazing! Everything was so clean upon arrival, AC worked well, pool was the perfect temperature, house was secure and safe, but let’s get into the host!! Unbelievably helpful from start to finish. Her communication was on point from checking on us to helping us order food to recommending different excursions or activities going on for the weekend.
