“Pésima relación precio/ calidad por que no consideran que están construyendo un edificio a un lado el ruido y el estrés es muy alto cuando justo eso es lo que ofrecen aún que el personal se esmera no hay forma de compensar. ”

Esta alejado de Tulum, llegamos temprano y de igual manera entramos a check-in esperando 20mins, el agua sale caliente (cosa que no me habia pasado en otros hoteles) el wifi va bien, buena electricidad, cama comoda!, somos mexicanos y quisimos conocer el mar caribeño, nos toco sargazo pero eso no empeoro la experiencia. Para moverte necesitas Taxi pero la misma recepción te ayuda, hay tienda cerca caminando y un cenote donde hay un cocodrilo, el agua es de piedras...

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“Exactly as pictured/described. We LOVED enjoying the personal plunge pool after a day of adventuring to cool down and listen to the ocean. It is on the top floor with construction next door, as was included in the description but it did not interfere with our enjoyment at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and freely provided suggestions for activities. The AC was great at night while we opened the doors for the warm breeze if in the room during the day....

“If you are looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, well-appointed, beautifully designed apartment surrounded by nature, this one is for you. The apartment is spacious. The ocean views are spectacular and the location is excellent -- ten-twenty minutes from everything -- Centro, Hotel Row, several cenotes.
