“Saw all the good things people wrote about it so i thought it be decent, i booked the most expensive room they had available. I get to the hotel check in and there was a confusion in my booking they wanted to give me a lower price suite but heck no. tried to check in around 10 and was told the room wasn't ready so we go and eat breakfast and shortly after we go to the pool...around 2pm we head back over to see if room was ready and still no. Shortly after a worker that helped us with our luggage……
