“This was our 2nd trip to Hard Rock R. Maya. I was disappointed to say the least, overall it was not very clean, especially the swimming pools; pools were disgusting. The staff was not very helpful, and less attentive than I have experienced at other Hard Rocks. As soon as we checked in, we told the staff immediately that we did not want to become a member and that we were not going to go to the meeting about becoming a member, seems service went down hill really quick for us after that.”

“Amazing experience. This is a nudist resort not lifestyle. Staff very professional. No staring or anything weird. Great alcohol choices. My only complaint is I was singled out for smoking on balcony when literally every guest with one was doing it openly. Kind of sullied my experience”

“Todo el personal en el hotel es muy amable y están atentos a lo que puedas necesitar para ayudarte de inmediato. Las instalaciones están muy bien y los restaurantes de especialidad son buenísimos. El gimnasio está muy bien equipado. La ubicación también es muy buena para ir a Playa del Carmen o Tulum y parques de Xcaret. En resumen, un excelente hotel.”
