"I was really shocked that Grand house threatened to cancel my stay at the last minute, if I was not paying an overcharge of 200$ (for no valid reason) while I already paid for my whole trip to Expedia. Thankfully Expedia customer services were the best and took care of the situation. Thank you Expedia I know why I am using your services."
