I had issues with food and room charges when I went to the front desk they said they were not part of the restaurant so I would have to discuss the issue with them. Which I did the restaurant staff were excellent and did resolve the issue.
However when I checked out the front desk said there were not additional charges and they would email the receipt. I never received the receipt I attempted on numerous times to contact the hotel since they did however charge my credit card $300 plus!! The hotel never responded to ANY of my requests for my final invoice so why did they charge my card, and why did they charged my card when I was told I had no charges due!!! Extremely disappointed this was my 2nd stay I will never stay with them again I am appalled with management! On my first stay I had one robe in my room on check in- I notified the front desk they said I would not be charged however they did charge my card $ 80.00 two months later and they never resolved that issue either! After numerous emails!!!!
