"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It’s right in downtown so it’s super convenient to the various sights around. The room was clean and comfortable and service is really good. We did have a snafu with the valet service when we were leaving though. They had been so great up to that point but we waited at least 45 minutes for our car which we knew was weird. We checked a few times about it and were told we were in line but the last time we checked they realized our car keys were still there. They were apologetic and got it taken care of right away. I did ask the valet if we could have a refund and he said he would see what he can do. I called the hotel later on just to check on that and explain the situation and was refunded the valet portion. Due to the way they handled the situation which is pretty rare, I would return to the hotel and am thankful they took care of things right away."

"Check-in staff was super friendly and got us checked in quickly! Valet was super easy, and the workers were friendly and offered to help with our bags. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and we slept great! The location was perfect for the event we attended at Texas Live. We definitely recommend staying here and will be back for sure!"

"Had a great experience. The area in the lobby for sitting and having a small bar there was great. We enjoyed having a Starbuck's there and the bar area had live music one night and there were plenty of areas to sit with a group and watch sports or play pool. "
