“Place was dusty and dirty. The siding was falling off the house. There were bees going into the siding of the house to their nest inside the walls. Place was run down. Couldn't stay there and host wouldn't refund us.”

“Pilot Mountain Glamping Resort was a great weekend retreat for my fiancé’s birthday. Great location. We hiked at Hanging Rock State Park. We really enjoyed the deck with the Blackstone Griddle and fire pit. We had pancakes and bacon off the griddle for breakfast one morning, and hotdogs for dinner one night. S’mores later that evening over the fire pit topped off a great day. Jack was responsive to the only issue we raised and it was quickly resolved.”
