“My wife and I have been using rentals at Lantern Lodge, formerly Residences at Biltmore, since they opened. This was a top a notch rental property. But it's amazing how some rentals are being neglected. Every time we go back now the rental provided to us lack updates. On this particular visit there were new TVs. There was a large space after closing the door which made you feel unsafe. The easy chair and ottoman needs to be thrown out. It was so nasty, we wouldn't dare sit on them and the sofa……

“We loved everything about the house. It was an adorable home. It was very clean and accommodating. Very convenient location close to things to do in town. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this property.”

“This was our 2nd stay. The grounds as well as inside are both well maintained and stocked. Directions and access onto the property is very simple. The views are priceless! Definitely recommend and well worth the price! Brian was quick to respond when I had a question - great customer service! ”

“Beautiful cabin, well appointed and cozy. We were only there to sleep but did notice some of the furniture was dated in the den. We needed a pack and play for our son and Saskia had it set up in the downstairs bedroom which was welcomed. I would rent this cabin again, especially for a spring or autumn stay as I imagine it would be more beautiful. ”
