The first room (king) that I reserved was horrible. The ac didn’t work, curtains were torn and it wasn’t clean. We switched to a 2nd room that had double beds. It had a very strong cleaning agent smell. We opened the door to get it out. The ac was on its last legs, the room floor was dirty and sticky, the phone was there but no plug for it, the alarm clock didn’t work. I took it to the office where the guy at the office said he would get us on since I needed it to get me up for an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. I never heard a word from him. I had to get my brother to call me. I will never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone !!!!!!’

Rooms were stinking and unclean. The towels weren’t changed though we stayed for 3 days. No comforters. The staff were nice and helpful, but the property itself was in bad shape. If you hate someone, recommend them to go to this place.

Checking in was ok but when we got to our room it was dirty the door safety latch was missing. Mold in the tub. Dirty washcloth in the bathroom. 1 pillow on 1 bed 2 pillows on the other bed. Bed lights didn’t work. The next room they moved us to -the curtain was broken and about 8 inches of window open. The bathroom light didn’t work. The bed cover was stained and could see daylight all along the door when closed. I will stay in my car before I stay there

My room was filthy. It hadn't been vacuumed--there was broken glass on the floor. The front of the toilet had not been cleaned, it was streaked with urine. The bathtub had hair in it. The bed only had a thin top cover, I was cold all night, so unable to sleep well.

This is the worst nastiest hotel I have ever booked at, my room had to be changed three times upon checking in, the first room was dirty, and the second room was dirty and had roaches crawling in the shower, I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.

It wasn’t the cleanest and our tub was broken BUT the man that runs the front desk was so nice and caring, my son left his phone in the room and we thought he lost it elsewhere well he charged it and called everyone in that phone trying to reach us to be sure we got it back

The check in staff was very rude and was dressed unprofessionally. I felt like I was a bother. The room itself did not have a top latch to lock the door and the door was flimsy. We were moved but again, were looked as if we were a bother. It really set the tone for the stay.

First, I had to call for someone to even check in. Then the guy made me wait to answer a phone call. Theres a water bottle in a case and the guy was trying to get me to drink it saying "when people drink this, they disappear." He ended up asking me if I wanted a upstairs or a downstairs room, I said I just want a clean room. Went to the room and theres pubic hair all over the bed, stains on the sheets, cigarette holes in a non-smoking room. Zero towels, no options for shampoo/condition or body soap.. When getting towels the same receptionist asked if we were sure there weren't any.. Are they hidden???? Never staying here again.

Floors dirty, almost used out toilet paper, lock latch broken, sheets stained, sketchy crack heads walking into walls. It’s a scene from the first 48 hours. The walls had two different pants on them doors had holes. Found a sock in the light post also remote to TV did not work. Flies in the room. Towel rack fell apart door handle came off could not fit in bathroom just like a telephone booth. Son found food under bed. Also pillows hard like a rock and hot in there because ventilator did not work had to put AC on in 40 degree weather room was very dirty .

The room wasn’t clean. The previous persons room key was still in the room on the floor. Side tables were broken. Check out was 11am but 7am & 9am someone was knocking on our door. There wasn’t any trash cans so I couldn’t throw out any trash. I was supposed for o get a hairdryer in the room and there wasn’t one. There was a dead bug on the bathtub. The shower did not drain. & it smelled bad in the room.

Upon entry of the room it smelled like animals. The toilet had hair all over it, the bed cover had red juice stains and brown stains all over it. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months, I didn’t even take my shoes off. But there was an envelope placed neatly on the dresser asking for tips for brenda. Maybe if Brenda wanted a tip she should have done her job. I will never stay at this establishment again.
