Waterloo Premium Outlets Tours

Bugs in the room. Bathroom door handle broken on inside. Area around air conditioner has gaps that were exposed to the outside and let bugs into the room. TV had no local stations to watch. However, the creamery young lady was very polite, friendly and helpful. The ice cream was the best part of the motel. Because I booked with Expedia, their system didn't see me until the day I checked in. Had to leave a voice mail to ask about the counter less check-in and how I did that. On the road to the motel I finally got a text message. I did the pre check in and gave them my information, as they requested, earlier. Guess they didn't see it right away. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had been upgraded. In the future, I would not stay there again in spite of the affordable rates. There was no maid service.
