"The breakfast was good. My son loved the mini muffins. The staff was very friendly. My son lost his teddy bear and they kept it at the front counter until we got back. Our room was clean and we had no problems getting additional towels and linens when needed. "

"Good value for the stay. Small things like having a hard time understanding the TV and having 2 shampoos and no body wash in the shower but while it looks like a dated property, we will stay there again. "

"Mouse had been in the room. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Door had a crack large enough for said mice to run in and out from under freely. Clean otherwise. The stairs and railings are literally falling apart. So safety is not a top concern here."

"Room was clean and check-in was quick. If you book through Expedia, the downside is that the Aloft "complimentary" breakfast isn't actually complimentary. A note for folks who drive here: use the hotel's valet parking instead of self-parking. It is cheaper to use the hotel's valet but they won't tell you that until after you've self-parked and have to have someone walk down to let you out of the parking garage. "
