"We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. A very beautiful setting. No artificial light at night, just the stars. Comfortable, squeaky clean, very well equipped supplies throughout the property. Perfect hot tub in the screen-in porch overlooking the water. The owners, Bill & Mary, made all of the instructions super clear. We hope to be back again!"

"PSU graduation weekend. This was a great base Of operations. The house and surrounding area is super cute and fairly convenient to State College. The house slept our group of 5 fine and the poker table was a big hit for game night fun. The owner brought by a corkscrew at a moments notice when we texted her that it wasn’t anywhere to be found. They live nearby. I wish the weather had been better."

"Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day."

The owners really had many special touches that made the stay a perfect VRBO (hotel like furnishings, GOOD toilet paper stocked, great dishes, cooking utensils, everything was very well done and everything worked perfectly). We had a small family gathering and people raved at how close it was to Penn State. thank you for a perfect stay!"

"What a delight to show up at this quaint little cottage and find that it was as good or even better than pictured! Perfect for our small family to stay during a three day Penn State Graduation weekend; only about 30 minutes away from campus. Very clean and well-appointed. We used the grill outside for a lovely dinner. Owner communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help us retrieve an item left behind after we had checked out. Highly recommend this gem!"

"Overall the property was nice and clean with a wonderful view with the property overlooking the waterway and golf course directly across. Nice rustic decor with all the comforts of home away from home. The only area I would improve would be the cleanliness and upkeep of the upstairs patio. It is spring and of course you will have tree debris but there were more than expected insect webs along the railing that appeared to have been there for some time. "The owners were excellent hosts. Great value for the price. Located in nice neighborhood. Loved the rustic wood floor and antiques. Clean and warm. Owners kept the kitchen stocked with tea and coffee. Very “homey” feel. The open bathroom wasn’t a big issue for us since we stayed with family. Less expensive than any other hotels in the area, especially on a game weekend."

"My stay was brief but pleasant. The town is quiet and very pretty. Be sure to get your key access code before you arrive in Millmont, because cellular data is spotty once you arrive. I had not received the code before I arrived, and had to drive out of town to find a few bars on my cell phone in order to contact the owner. Cottage is pleasant but quite small, especially the bathroom. AC and WiFi worked well. I wish they had raked the lawn before I arrived, because there were grass clippings all...

"This historic VRBO was updated and yet held onto its historic charm with exposed brick, beams and decor. The beds were comfortable, the towels were fluffy and the kitchen was well appointed. The cappuccino keurig machine was awesome and my kids appreciated the variety of snacks and hot teas left by the hosts.
