"The top bunk had three bars come apart as my child was climbing up onto the the bed. (Only 120# ). Upon looking around the cabin I found the pieces to the bed in the window. When I reported the issues with the bed, the guy at the office never even asked if my child was ok. His response "ok, I'll see about getting it fixed" His facial expression told me that he knew about it already and did nothing. The office is only open 8-5.
