The basement apartment was clean and comfortable and despite being connected to the house was fully private. Megan was great, very communicative and helpful with some gameday tailgate parking tips.”

Spacious for its footprint, tastefully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and close enough to downtown without the noise or the crowds! We walked almost everywhere, and aside from a small hill returning to the property, it's an easy trek... even with a few shopping bags!”
