“The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was staying there for the Ironman70.3 race and had to leave early that morning so the staff made several breakfast baggies for the racers to grab on way out. Friendliest staff for a hotel that I’ve been to. Huge room and great shower”

“Property was very dated. The chain continuously came off the toilet causing the water to run. Water backed up in the tub during the showers and would not drain. Reception clerk stated yes we know we have been having problems. We are planning on being updated. We were to have a continental breakfast. There was coffee and tea only. Sheets had staining. I hope they were clean. Carpet was dirty. Staff was polite. It was close to our venue which was why we chose it. Had I known the condition I……

“Had an Issue at check in regarding the charging of my vehicle which was handled promptly and courteously. Stayed here many times and always found the service and accommodation to be top notch - pricey compared to nearby options but nothing else is right in that spot”

“We thought we had booked the room for the night of our arrival but found out we were off by a day. Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. Room was clean and plenty of towels to go around.”
