“I sent an email regrading the slow drain in the bath tub but never got a response. ”

“The bathroom was very small with toilet and shower. No body wash in the container. Then fan did not work. The water pressure was very low. Other adults guests had loud cinversations in the hallway late into the evening and early morning hours. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and the waffle maker (always a favorite of mine).”

“This is a MOTEL, not a hotel. Room was not sufficiently cleaned. Thick dark dust was on the lightbulbs on the lamp between the beds and there were mystery carpet stains. No staff at the property to check in. Call phone number on sign to receive check in instructions. Woman I spoke to was friendly and helpful once we asked another guest how to check in. After spraying everything with Lysol, we got blankets out of our car and tried to sleep on top of the very uncomfortable beds. If your room……

“One of the nicest hotels I’ve been to. Very friendly staff. Great complimentary cookies. Extra toiletries if you forget something. ”

“Breakfast was average, but area was clean and well stocked. Pool is small with ni hot tub, but our grandchildren loved having the whole pool to ourselves, so that was a win. Staff was efficient and polite. Even though there were a lot of cars in the lot, the building was very quiet. Elevators were quick.”

“Yeh room was dirty and sheets were stained. Informed staff and was told his I booked through Expedia there was nothing they could do but give me new blankets. The tv in the room wasn’t working and there was food left over in the room from previous people. For me to pay 700.00 for 2 nights and the state of the room I was very disappointed. ”

“We had a delightful stay at the Reynolds mansion. It is a gorgeous historic home with beautiful woodwork and elegant touches throughout. We stayed in the colonel's green room, an excellent choice. The staff was outstanding- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and available. The food was delicious, with homemade snacks and happy hour treats as well as a hearty breakfast. It was a reasonable drive to our State College event as well- why stay in a boring expensive hotel?”
