"The location is good because it is slightly off the main road but a close walk into the main town/beach area. The condo was clean and so was the property. There are nice views and fun pools my son and I enjoyed. There wasn’t a lot of extra things at the condo like coffee, soaps or spices/oils for cooking. Overall, the condo was comfortable, but we were gone most of the time on the beach! Cynthia, the property manager was helpful and gave us good information on the area."

"Ilya was absolutely THE BEST host ever. He provided many great suggestions and was always available for questions. The property was fully equipped with anything you can imagine! Great size, wonderful air conditioning with the most amazing views! The walk to the beach is under 10 minutes, however with all the pool options you don't even need to leave the property! We travel frequently and have stayed in countless vacation homes, resorts, and rentals in different cities and countries, but nothing has come close to the experience we had at Casa Timlin.From the very beginning, Tim was exceptional. His communication was outstanding even before we booked the property. He was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. He answered questions promptly, provided recommendations, and made us feel comfortable long before we arrived. Once our trip was confirmed, his level of service only got better. He even helped coordinate transportation from the airport to the house, making our arrival completely stress-free.When we finally arrived at Casa Timlin, we were blown away. The property is beyond breathtaking. The views are absolutely stunning, and the home itself looks like something straight out of a movie. "Sharon at reception was exceptional. She was very thorough, informative and even assisted me with booking shuttles and tours. The property was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. So many pools and maintenance workers upkeeping the exterior. The walk to the Java coffee shop/Wave restaurant is 5 minutes and about 15 minutes to downtown which has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in Coco Beach, as the locals WANT to help you. Golf cart rental is availiable and I would reccomend as walking is nice, but in +38 temperatures it can be a little challenging. Thank you T.G."
