“I really enjoyed my stay at Occidental Papagayo overall. The staff was wonderful and the property was nice and secluded, maybe a little more than I realized it would be. There were lots of travel costs going back and forth but plenty of transportation options.
The amenities are cool but I didn't read the book. I didn't find out about room service and the wonderful cheeseburgers until my last night. My advice to others is to read the book in the room and do as much of a property walk as you……

“Stayed here for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are well appointed. The beach is very safe and the water is shallow for a long time. Great spot for kids to play in the sand and water. The best thing about this experience was the staff - they were very helpful and went above and beyond in almost every interaction. Great property super close to Liberia airport.”
