“Cute boutique hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. My room was a bit dark and outdated. I wanted an omelette for breakfast but I was told that it wasnt included. They should definitely put that on the menu for breakfast. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!”

“Great staff, beautiful pool. Incredible food in the restaurant.
But the elevator is broken (and apparently has been for months). Looks like they have no plans to fix it, since we noticed the staff storing cleaning supplies in it. We had to move to a first floor room (from the Nyuri Penthouse Suite) when my husband got into an accident in Costa Rica and could no longer use the stairs. Very disappointing that the management company doesn't consider this a priority.”

“We checked in earlier than expected, and the staff was nice enough to provide us with Unit 6. Unfortunately, it was in very poor condition and looked like it hadn't been updated in decades. There were even holes in the door that you could see outside through. The safe didn't work either, so the staff kindly moved us to Unit 21.
Unit 21 was cleaner and had been updated, but there were still several issues. The shower had a terrible smell, possibly due to a plumbing problem. The AC and……
