“This studio apartment felt very spacious and had everything we could have needed to be comfortable for our stay. The neighbors were very friendly and the community was quiet and so fun to explore. “Yes the host was fine. I'm not sure if he is new to renting a VRBO, but the condo itself had some issues. We did have some significant issues with the address to the unit., which took us hours to find in the dark with no street signs and no cell service. Some of the dishes in the cupboards had food particles on them. Pretty disgusting. They had to be rewashed before we could use them. There were not many cooking utensils in the drawer to cook with. No spatulas, and no flipper, but there was……

"We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine, totally what one could expect but still it was horrible. The dinner menu was very delectable, especially the traditional Costa Rican menu, the soup was delicious and it was a great meal. But don’t get me started on the staff at the buffet, the receptionist was really friendly, the waitresses too, they did their duties greatly. Some of the cooks had a bad attitude, they were dry, rude, serious. We were trying to reserve the sushi restaurant for a whole entire day, we tried to contact staff to help us reserve but they always told us that we needed to talk with the woman there. Still she was never there, we arrive there when she was supposed to be there and she still wasn’t there. When we arrived to the sushi restaurant, the food was salty and very hard to swallow. The customer service was awful in some parts of the hotel, some were nice but some weren’t even welcoming. This all-inclusive hotel isn’t worth coming from, we would never come back here ever again!"
