“We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. “This hotel is not your typical all inclusive resort. The buffet option was not available every day. They have a menu that you can order from but it gets boring after a couple of days. The food quality is below average. Room service is for a fee. Too many restrictions for all inclusive hotel. The pool water was always cloudy morning and evening. Only beach chairs are provided by the hotel upon request. No umbrella. If you wish to have an umbrella then you should go to the beach early and rent a……
