“Room was very clean. Staff in the 1 restaurant that was on site were amazing. Very run down resort!! We arrived on Sunday and asked daily to get HOT water in our shower by Thursday night we finally had warm water. Shower towels finally got switched out Thursday during cleaning. Pool towels were thread worn out. Strings hanging from them. If you want no frills in an all inclusive this would be it. Outside showers by the beach had zero water to them. Patio furniture, chase lounges……

“We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,……

“The staff are what make this place! Jessica in the dining area was wonderful and felt like family in just the three days we stayed at the resort! The rooms were clean and every staff member goes above and beyond to be helpful. Scott the GM is doing a great job running the resort and it shows in the attitudes of his staff.
Great sunsets from the beach as well. Would love to return to visit again soon!”
