"We stayed here for a sports tournament nearby. Communication and checkin was excellent. There was a reserved area to park and the house was very clean and appears to be recently updated. Perfect for our stay!"

"Very clean room and perfect location."

"Great location with beautiful decor!"

"This place was FANTASTIC and the host was even better! I will definitely be staying here again"

"I will definitely coming back"

"The unit was clean & very nice. Everything we needed was provided. The only complaint I have is the bedrooms were hot. The only a/c is in the living room and if you close the bedroom doors it gets very warm."

"The staff was wonderful and the location was great for the convention center. However the room was not great and the air conditioning was stuck on 80 dents in the fridge carpet was not in great shape and the smell was rough."

"Great location on the river downtown with a wonderful view.A very nice place to stay."

"In my opinion, the description of the property is a little misleading. It says it's a perfect place to unwind or entertain but the entire unit is filled with young residents who party all during the night and the hallways will suffocate you with the smell of pot use! This was my first and last experience with VRBO. From police sirens and lights in the neighborhood all during the night and tenant's extremely loud throughout the night I highly do not recommend this unit for a family stay. Thank...

It was close to the zoo and down town, which was a major plus. The area has a lot of new construction so getting around was a little challenging. I can’t wait to go back and try the restaurant next door No10, it smells amazing."

"Smooth experience."

"This property was clean, comfortable, and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The only issue we had was that the room was a bit smaller than we anticipated. Very nice, very clean, well decorated, just slightly smaller than expected."

"I absolutely LOVE the vibe of the whole place. Wonderful location. The room was cleaned well. The host responded quickly. Check in was so easy. I would 100% stay again."

"I will start with the pros: The hotel is in a very good location. It's within walking distance to dining, shopping, and the aquarium. The room has been fabulously renovated and decorated. We also did not see or hear any other residents. Now the con: When we arrived the room, the first thing we noticed was a very loud sound. Upon investigation, it was the air conditioning unit, which is housed in a closet next to the bed. As it is the height of the summer, and the unit was not yet at a comfortable...
