"People with pets in and out at 5am . Workers loud in the hallway as well setting up for breakfast starting at 5am. Called the front desk only to be argued with that there was no noise coming from the kitchen area and unless I could identify the pet owners, it didn’t matter since he wasn’t the one that checked them in. not helpful at all."

"Was a group on our floor that was partying and yelling a screaming until at least 0330. We had to get up at 0430 for a procedure at the hospital and didn’t get hardly any sleep. Not acceptable. I’m reluctant to stay again if this type of activity is happening."

"We were there because we had an appointment with Roswell Park. The hotel is conveniently located to the hospital. We were not there to site see. The hotel was nice with a decent breakfast. The staff at this hotel was amazing and most helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was helpful and helped us with parking arrangements. The shuttle service was excellent they even drove us to a restaurant and picked us up and took us to the hospital the next day. This is the hotel to stay at if you need to go to Roswell."
