Luxury abounds at home with a multitude of perks and thoughtful details. High ceilings soar, and stylish living space spans over 2,400 square feet. A gas fireplace provides added allure. Unwind into vacation mode and catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TVs.

A gourmet kitchen will impress even the most discerning chefs. Upscale stainless steel appliances like a French-door fridge and a six-burner gas range. Ample granite countertop space includes a large kitchen island, making it easy to prep meals for your entire group. Extras include a Keurig machine with coffee pods and creamer, charcuterie boards, a crock pot, a blender, a mixer, baking equipment, a juicer, a toaster, and spices.

To access the shared pool, you must pay an additional fee of $90/week for up to six guests. It is within two miles of the vacation rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for my teens
House is better in person than in pictures; it is tastefully decorated and well-equipped. The teens loved the community and beach access to lake--they spent the whole day there! Kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in for a crowd. Having the TV's in the bedrooms was great because we were able to retreat to the master and let the kids hang in the living room. Overall a great location and wonderful property.

Perfect for a big group
House was perfect for mine and my sister’s families. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. It had all the amenities you could need. The back yard was huge with an outdoor kitchen and patio. The house is just a short drive to the marina. We would totally stay here again.

Great family house
A great house for a bunch of people to stay! My extended family and I stayed here for a weekend to attend an anniversary party and we all fit comfortably in the house! Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was adequately stocked. It was also a quick walk to the little cove around the corner to go to the beach.

Our family celebrated our daughter graduating from Sam Houston St with her Master's degree. It was a great experience. All the little details were taken care of and we were made to feel right at home. It had plenty of area to visit with family and just hang out. This is a great property and we would go back for sure.

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood
We stayed at this property over a long weekend to celebrate both my son’s birthday and Spring Break. We had two families here with a total of 4 kids (ages 2-7). We had plenty of room for everyone, and all of the beds were very comfortable! The kitchen has very nice appliances with all of the cookware and tools you would need. The home is very tastefully decorated without feeling stuffy or like you’ll be worried about your kids breaking something expensive. The backyard and driveway were perfect entertainment areas. We took advantage of the hot tub, fire pit, grill, and garage with lots of toys! The neighborhood is quiet and the home is on a cul-de-sac, so there is very little traffic. In the area, we took the kids fishing by the marina, went for a hike through the woods, and enjoyed the playground. It was a very relaxing trip and yet still had plenty of entertainment for the kids. None of us wanted to leave when our stay was up! The owners were super friendly, communicative, and helpful. We had a minor issue with a smoke detector going off, and it was quickly resolved by the owner. She also left a birthday card and a few snacks for my son’s birthday which was a nice touch! We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Awe some property, great for small children
This was just perfect for us to bring the family together for a few days. Comments: not enough coffee, no vinegar, no spoons or forks for small kids, the benches at the dinner table are very dangerous, both my wife and daughter ended up on the floor with the bench on top of them. The memory foam matrasses are not good for people with back issues. We had a hard time with this very advanced TV system. Supper is 22 miles away, so bring everything. Bron Rooda
