Apartments in Colton for Rent

"Found a cockroach in my room climbing the wall along with a dead one after I chased it behind the fridge. Thankfully they were able to move me from the 1st floor to the 4th afterward. Parking lot is tight, someone scratched my car, which I saw after I left in the morning. Staff were younger kids that seemed distracted or just overworked. I hope them luck but I won’t be staying there again."

"We had stayed here a few years back. This trip we noticed the property is more dated. The shower had visible cracks and breaking down. Furniture is worn. They put plug in air fresheners in the hallways. Will likely not stay here again. Reminds me of the hotels that have been converted to temporary housing for the unhoused. "
