“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“The keys for the door only worked about half the time and the light in the front entryway and bathroom would go on and off randomly they did not stay on for more than 3 minutes at a time which is super inconvenient and unsafe when trying to take a shower. I informed the front desk employee and the breakfast bar had no non dairy source of protein and the cream cheese tasted like it was expired”
