“The property was relatively clean but the tv stopped working after the first day and on the last day, the ceiling started leaking. The price was relatively cheap though so you get what you pay for.”

“Excellent quaint hotel in Columbus Ga. The staff were amazing, the hotel was very nice, in a nice area with very pretty views of the river. The rooms were very well appointed and very clean. The bed was so comfortable!!! Breakfast in the morning was very tasty and hot, and the service was wonderful. Check out the restaurant - that was a true 5 start place with wonderful folks working there!!”

“A decent place to stay close to the base for family day and graduation. Pity the swimming pool wasn’t open for use because the GA spring afternoons are hot!”

“Checking in was a disaster!!!! They didn’t know how to process my Expedia reservation. It took an hour to check in. I had to get help from Expedia chat to help with the process. Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply. Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!”

“Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”

“Rooms were clean. Laundry was broke so we had to go to a laundry mat. Pool was closed so we couldn't enjoy that. Building was undergoing a partial remodel. Overall i wish i would have booked somewhere else or wished the website stated they were having issues so i could book elsewhere. Overall I am highly disappointed.”

“Sink kept backing up. Computer went down and couldn’t get room keys. Free breakfast is sub standard.”

“Check in before 10. They lock the door at 10 and don’t always have a desk clerk on duty to buzz you in. ”
