The shower was broken which made it very stressful after a long day traveling. We eventually got it to work but the next day it didn’t work at all and the entire shower handle came off when we tried to make it work. When we called it in, we were not told clear info about when the repair people would come. I asked if I could get a new room because I had just come from the beach and was standing and waiting in sandy clothes. We were denied this request and had to wait for the repairmen. The eventually came and fixed the shower but the handle was still difficult to pull open. Other than that the villas are great, they have cutlery , plates , cups etc for use and dish soap . They had this weird washer dryer combo… but it was more like a steamer … took 3 hrs and my clothes did not feel clean … it still had slight body odor . I hand washed my swimsuit and tried to dry it in there for 2 hrs but it did not dry…. idk .. maybe i was using it wrong but it was not helpful for me
