“This was the best stay we have ever had at the Finger Lakes! The Lakeview Spa room was fantastic with a beautiful view of Cayuga Lake. You even have a view of the lake from your in room spa tub. The Inn has been gorgeously renovated and is impeccably maintained while still preserving the historical elements of the property. Day or night the grounds and property are beautiful. “Good fisrt... staff was great and mostly kind. Beds are quite conformable! Affordavle and convienient. Small indoor pool for off season swimming was nice as well. I didnt eat breakfast but it smelled amazing and was available til 10 am. Easy quick checkins both stays. Now, the Bad...Workout room has 3 machines and a weight station. Only the weight station is usable the machine do not work. . Kids allowed to run through halls well after 11 pm. White sheets stained. My pillow case had a shoe……

“Our room wasn't very clean. There were large stains on the sitting chair and small stains and dirty grout on the floor in the bathroom. The shower drain didn't work well and there was a lack of deep cleaning. Some positives, the staff was helpful, beds were comfortable, room was quiet. ”
