“The coffee/breakfast area was never cleaned from the morning. We checked in after 7 pm. There was pancake batter smeared across the counter and down the front of the lower cabinet. the next morning the new breakfast foods were laid out on the dirty countertops. Disgusting. The bedroom had a sticky floor and the sleeper sofa was all stained and old looking. For a recently renovated hotel it was disgusting. If it wasn't non-refundable we would not have stayed. At least the bedding was……

“I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel for the price! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a smaller continental breakfast, which was fine, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were quite tasty! They also offered fresh fruit, a mini waffle station, muffins and fresh juice. There was plenty of free parking and the location was perfect for trips to Liverpool and Syracuse. I was very pleased!”
