"The pool and hot tub were terrific, however our stay here was anything other then... i paid for a king bed, with a sofa bed, it was me and my three children. While there was blankets and pillows for the king bed the sofa bed was bare, and when i asked for blankets and pillows for the sofa bed i was told they would bring them up. A couple hours had passed and i went to the front to ask for them again, then i was told that they had no extra. I had to sleep on the sofa bed with no blanket or pillow while my 4 children slept in the king bed. I was cold and uncomfortable to say the least. The following night around 11 pm ( yes i know it was late) however i told the hotel prior that i had 2 toddlers, they fall and cry, they argue, they are away from home so already in a mood. Mothers with toddler im sire understand where i am coming from. Anyways again i told them this before i booked my room. They should have put us on the first floor and ifbthey didnt have a room compatible for 2 young kid's 2,and 4 years old tk be exact. They should not have booked me a room there. So a very rude eoman comes up and tells me that there was a noise complaint about my kids running on thr floor i said i was so sorry and id do my best to keep them quieter. She interrupted me and said if i come back up here i will be " kicking you guys out" i said excuse me? This is the first and only complaint, my 4 year old then was terrified to move or cry to loud in fear of being kicked out. Terrible experienc"

Front desk went above and beyond to get us in a room when we were having credit card issues. They were genuinely concerned about his health and thankful for his service in the military. Large comfortable bed with a nice quiet night!"

Hair dryer didn't work, pool was closed for maintenance.... understandable but one of the reasons I chose this hotel and the Continental breakfast was good but having the front desk employee 2 feet from me watching me toast a bagel was very uncomfortable and I feel unnecessary "
