"Clean room, nice bathroom. Staff were great. Shuttle not worth it when there is a public bus straight outside. Food was good and was open late."

"The rooms themselves were great, with a nice TV and modern furniture. Bathroom showed a little wear & tear. Good option and well located if on a budget but watch for these inconveniences: -Restaurant was overpriced, and servers were having a bad day based on their manners -There is no hotel shuttle, this location is not on the Heathrow 'hopper' route. -Be prepared for an expensive car for hire, there is an automated touch screen in the lobby where you can order through a private service but options are limited! What should have been a great arrangement was unreasonably high (over 30 pounds for a 5 minute drive). The cab from the airport to the hotel was half that. -Hot tub looks to have been decomissioned but this was not advertised. Thankfully the pool was still in operation, there are very nice changerooms with lockers, and even a sauna! "

"The room was clean, bright and spacious. Comfortable bed with good quality linen. We had breakfast and it was excellent and good value. The staff were friendly and professional. Would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. "

"A bit disappointed, compared to my previous stay. Security guard at car park was very friendly. However, reception staff not so much. They did not know much of the status of my booking. They initially struggled to find my booking and then didn’t notice that my parking was included. When I got to my room it was extremely hot, at 30°C! It took quite a while for it to cool down. There was no bottled water in the room either. Overall, an unimpressive stay…"
