“On checking in to my stay, the staff were very unhelpful. So much so that they didn’t explain to me that in the morning there was a back door you have to exit from, without knowing this information I found myself locked in the property with no idea how to get out. This made me very late for work.
My room was boiling, and wasn’t advertised that it had no windows that opened to the outside. The windows to the room opened out in to a corridor leading to other rooms. This meant the room was also……

“I’m d highly recommended. I took my son for 2 nights & we had a twin room. Has so many positives for the price, it’s actually amazing value for money. My only negative is that the housekeeper mustn’t of looked inside the kettle because it wasn’t pleasant and needs replacing. But I just used the kitchen kettle for my morning coffees. ”

“Parking handy - Staff very good and efficient, especially Paul very friendly, and appeared to be doing everything and with a smile. Fab river view, nice bath and actually had aircon. Only gripe the safe didn't work.”
