“When we booked and received confirmation of booking instructions said they would send us code for building 48 hours before arrival. We never got any information had to contact them on day of check in. Reason I would not recommend: We were staying in room 107. The kitchen floor had splashes of clear liquid and brown liquid (coffee?) The sofa was visibly stained in many spots and so uncomfortable (felt like springs were poking thru). Only way you could sit on sofa was to use a throw pillow as……

“Very convenient, staff are nice and helpful, the room is clean with enough space.”

“The hotel is within a newly redeveloped area. It is new, but some nearby buildings are in disrepair. The location of the hotel is good. Many restaurants and shops are within 5-10 mins walk. The staff are chill and helpful. The room is also comfy.”

“I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5.”

“I expected better for the price paid. The room had no fridge, no drawers or cupboards. Just a rail to hang clothes. The car con controls didn’t work - on complaining, we learned the staff could set it from reception but we had to ask every time we needed it adjusting. The safe wasn’t working either. At breakfast the staff were polite but slap dash. Items missing from the table both days. Toast not offered, on first morning. The cooked breakfast was good. The hotel is decor has an “evening vibe,”……
