“Room smelled, floor dirty, nasty food in the kitchen sink, burnt holes in the sheets and blanket.”

“Convenient location to St. Charles.”

“Staff were helping, friendly and respectful. Elevators could be cleaner and hallways. Overall good place to stay. If you have mobility issues toilet is very low and not a walk in shower.”

“This place was absolutely amazing! It was so clean and beautiful. I LOVED the adorable decor that made us feel like we could live in this space! I was surprised that the noise level from the street outside was barely noticeable once inside. The only things I would suggest to make it better would be to add remote control blinds that come down from the ceiling in the main living space to help allow the option of privacy from passers by on the street and to invest in a good quality water softener……

“Staff was excellent. The property was in shambles. Tenants were sketchy. Room was clean but literally falling apart. I almost went through the floor in the bathroom.”

“Motel is sketchy- everything in poor condition and has seen some hard use. No elevator. I will say that our a/c and tv worked, the toilet flushed, and the sheets appeared to be clean (but I can’t say the same about the comforters.). Mattresses were very stained. I should have read the reviews before I made our reservation, We stayed the night there but I would not recommend and will not stay there again. It appeared that many people were living there, I feel sorry for them.”
