"We stayed here for 8 nights during mid February. The apartment was well equipped for all of your self catering needs and was in a great position. 2 minutes walk to the supermarket and less than 5 minutes to the shops and restaurant area. We were very lucky to have amazing weather when we were there and we all enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return. The owners were fantastic and answered all my questions about the little things and nothing was too much trouble."

"I had an amazing 4 days/3 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Ideally located only a short walk away from the village where you will find all the bars and restaurants plus Spar shop. The hot tub was an amazing bonus and the 2 swimming pools only a 10 second walk away. The owner was very responsive with all my questions and access to the property was straightforward. We will be booking again for next year"

"We stayed for 10 weeks. Couldn’t find a better located penthouse apartment for all day winter sunshine, security and access to town and all amenities. Lovely 10 minute stroll to the sea front. We enjoyed a very mild winter. The apartment is heated by warm air conditioning which, although we hardly used, warms very quickly and comfortably when we did require it. This is the 5th time we have stayed here (always in phase 3) and this was our favourite apartment. It was great staying in a ground floor apartment with terrace overlooking the pool."

"Great, modern apartment in an area we are familiar with. Modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Dual aspect patio doors, we could step out directly to the pool area through the back doors and front doors led to a lovely private terrace, ideal for afternoon and evening sun. Two en-suite double bedrooms, there were just two of us, so used the second bedroom to store our suitcases. Communication with the owner and housekeeper was very prompt Would recommend"

"Amazing stay. Owners super responsive and were flexible with check in and out times. The balcony as quiet and peaceful and pools just a short walk away. Conveniently located to tennis centre and supermarket, only 5 mins walk. Note Resort Mgt said the indoor pool was closed July and August, seemingly only accessible to owners."

"This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, all brand new and photos don’t do it justice. Locked gates make you feel secure and the place is simply beautiful. The best bit is the huge sun terrace which makes you feel like you’re in a posh resort, we spent most nights up there. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the Mar Menor beach although we preferred the beach in Pilar de La Horada as the Mar Menor is full of seaweed (huge fertiliser dump still causing problems), so worth having a car to drive out...

"My son and I stayed here whilst visiting my Father who lives in the port. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a lovely bonus. Sue met us and showed us around the apartment and kindly did a little shopping for us as we arrived on Sunday evening. She was very helpful and jovial making our stay better. "Wow, what a fantastic trip! Gorgeous house in a beautiful area, couldn't have wished for better! Spotlessly clean, spacious, everything provided, home from home. The owner advised us the villa has had a complete makeover, freshly painted throughout, new bedding, air con and lots more besides. Plenty of Restaurants offering superb food at prices less than half of the UK! Large supermarket only two minutes away and lovely beaches just down the road. We will definitely be coming back later this...
