“We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”

“Everything was great but wished I was able to increase the AC. We had to open the windows. Although, the next day, I noticed I got bit overnight :(”

“Sowohl das Personal als auch das Hotelrestaurant fanden wir herausragend! Einziger Makel, der jedoch im Kopf bleibt, ist der riesige Fleck von schwarzem Schimmel über der Dusche. Wenn der Aufenthalt allerdings nur für eine Nacht ist, überwiegt dennoch die herzliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden und der sehr positive Gesamteindruck. ”

“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter……
