"My family had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property itself was clean, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff were consistently polite and ready to help. The pool area was a nice feature and well maintained. The only issue was when the smoke detector went off. It was resolved quickly, but the communication about what was happening could have been handled more clearly. Overall, a clean, friendly place I'd consider staying at again."
Quality Inn Council Bluffs I-80

"We got in late traveling cross country and the staff were very nice. We had a mixup as our GPS took us to the Quality Inn on Broadway (yikes that place is scary), and we were grateful to realize our reservations were at this location. Scooters coffee is close as well as Taco Bell. The beds were super loud though and on weird platforms, every time you turned it made noise. The breakfast was okay with biscuits and gravy. The apples had fruit flies all over them. For the price and passing through it was all we needed."
